My role as Product Lead for our marketing website's restructure included leading workshops, setting up multiple user flows, and creating a new sitemap based on user research.

I managed and lead the Sanlam Indie marketing website restructure and user research. My role included setting up team workshops to brainstorm and auditing the websites' existing site map and user journey. I also set up wireframes and whiteboarding sessions to explore user feedback and consolidate all research into low fidelity layout variations.

The outcome led to the UX having a stronger focus on our messaging and changing the content's flow to suit clients' needs so that we achieved a greater conversion rate on the site.
