TripActions is a modern travel, corporate card, and expense management solution, trusted by more than 8,800 companies globally.

While at TripActions (Now Navan) my responsibilities were to work on the admin visibility and insights team, where I was the only product designer on the team at the time. My main focus was to work on the performance and analysis dashboard as well as the travel report dashboard.

As the product designer on this team, my objective in this project was to leverage travel data and provide companies with the insights they need to enhance the well-being of their employees.

I was tasked with identifying the key indicators of employee wellness in travel data and presenting it in a meaningful way that aligns with TripActions' admin user archetypes.

The motivation behind this project was the recognition that companies lacked the visibility into the impact of travel on their employees' mental health. I took a data-driven approach, starting with user interviews to understand the specific needs and requirements of companies in terms of traveller wellness and data.

Based on these insights, I designed and validated multiple prototypes through user testing to ensure that we were on the right track. The result was a comprehensive solution that gives companies a deeper understanding of the relationship between travel and employee well-being, enabling them to make informed decisions and prioritize the health of their employees.
